An itsy bitsy spider went into a car instead of a water spout and caused a crash.
A Michigan driver admits the arachnid caused him to crash his SUV. The Leelanau County Sheriff's Office says the driver saw a spider on his visor close to his head. He freaked out and drove the SUV to the side of the road and rolled down into a ditch through heavy brush, landing against some trees.
The 26-year-old driver was not injured, but authorities say his 29-year-old female passenger has an injured wrist and was treated at the scene Monday. No word on the spider's condition.
