Ozzy Osbourne has pulled the plug on his upcoming North American tour--including Phoenix on July 23 at Ak-Chin Pavilion--"to allow him to continue to recover from various health issues he has faced over the past year," his spokesman says.
In a statement, Osbourne says he needs the time to seek treatment for Parkinson's disease overseas.
Tickets can be returned for a full refund -- including fees -- at their point of purchase.
Osbourne says everyone returning tickets will get first dibs when he eventually reschedules the tour.
