This week Beth is joined by Melissa Maggiore-Meyer the Owner and Founder of The Italian Daughter. The Italian Daughter is Melissa Maggiore-Meyer’s love letter and tribute to her late father, Tomaso Maggiore - a renowned chef who founded Tomaso’s Restaurant in 1977 on the Camelback Corridor and many, many restaurants in the Valley. The Italian restaurant and piano bar concept features Tomaso Maggiore’s time-tested pasta, pizza and Italian recipes as well as some of Melissa’s favorite Italian dishes. The menu includes something for everyone in the family and at the table like charcuterie and bruschetta boards, Neapolitan-style pizzas, handcrafted pasta dishes, and specialty entrees such as The Daughter’s Surf & Turf, chicken parmigiana, and more.
