Barguments -Merkin Vineyards Old Town Scottsdale
This week Beth is joined by Maynard from the band Tool and Merkin Vineyards Old Town Scottsdale. Based on the success of Merkin Vineyards Osteria and the Merkin Pizza Wagon in Old Town Cottonwood, Arizona, Owner and Winemaker Maynard James Keenan has expanded the existing kitchen at the Old Town Scottsdale location, which now features a Morello Forni Cupola Dome wood-fired oven, imported from Italy. With the kitchen expansion comes the introduction of the company’s new executive chef, Steve Zimmerman, along with exciting additions to the current menu.
Merkin Vineyards is located at 7133 E. Stetson Dr., Ste. 4 in Scottsdale and is open Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
